Distribution Mobile manages the execution of a daily distribution plan along defined routes to targeted customers, in a professional environment with practical features that support faster, better distribution of goods in the market and build a strong relationship with customers. The app gives the sales representative live achievement indicators, and its data is synchronised with the company server as it happens.
Key functions
- Prepare a daily route plan with specific targets for each customer to be visited, approved by the supervisor for execution.
- Issue plan documents such as a sales invoice, collection receipt, quotation, account statement, goods order and more.
- Count the stock available at the customer or in the representative's vehicle to update item data in the warehouses.
- Let the representative raise a stock-transfer request from the company's warehouses to the vehicle warehouse to prepare goods needed for the market.
- Capture preliminary survey data on customer needs, and updated data on prospects, while executing the daily plans.

- Work in the app without a plan, or with an approved daily plan complete with all its tasks and the goods issued to the representative's warehouse (the delivery vehicle).
